Terms of Service

1. IP Ownership

All underlying technologies, including the TeliBiz Engine, belong to ERW Capital LLP. Client is granted a non-exclusive subscription license.

2. Limitation of Liability

Adneti's total liability for all claims under this agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the 12 months preceding the claim.

3. No Indirect Loss

We are not liable for any "loss of grants," "loss of business," or "loss of data" caused by third-party actions.
