Privacy Policy

This notice describes how we collect, use and protect personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). An executed Data Protection Addendum with your organisation, if any, prevails for that engagement.
1. Who we are
TeliBiz (https://telibiz.com) is operated by Adneti Technologies Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201202598W), a company incorporated in Singapore and a Member of Eusen Group. The TeliBiz™ name is used under licence from ZEXIS Capital Pte Ltd.
This notice covers the TeliBiz website, customer accounts, catalog, checkout and related support. MeritHRMS, SMEOne, ZyloPOS, CogniPulse AI and other product sites may publish their own notices for data processed on those platforms.
2. What we collect
Account and order data: name, company, email, phone, billing address, and products or subscriptions you purchase.
Enquiry and support data: messages you send via forms, email or tickets.
Payment metadata: we do not store full card numbers. Payments are processed by Stripe, Airwallex, and (for local customers) PayNow or bank transfer, each under their own terms.
Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and pages viewed. We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-1DB617BXXQ) to understand aggregate traffic.
3. How we use personal data
To create and administer your account, fulfil orders (including reseller, domain, hosting and infrastructure provisioning), provide support, send service notices and requested product updates, prevent fraud, and meet legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Disclosure
We share personal data with staff who need it to serve you; with payment providers; with domain, hosting, software and hardware suppliers who fulfil your order; and with hosting, email and analytics processors acting on our instructions. We disclose data to authorities where the law requires.
Where TeliBiz is a reseller, the underlying vendor may also process data as described in that vendor's terms.
5. Overseas transfers, retention and security
Some processors may handle data outside Singapore. Where we transfer personal data overseas, we take steps required by the PDPA so that it receives a comparable standard of protection.
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it. Access is limited to people who need it for their role.
6. Your rights and DPO
You may request access to or correction of your personal data, or withdraw consent, by contacting our Data Protection Officer at dpo@adneti.sg. We will verify identity and respond within PDPA timelines.
